Energy Audit
At your request we will carry out an energy audit for all types of buildings and selected renewable energy sources (biogas, biomass and solar energy).An energy audit results in the assessment of the present condition of building materials, its framework, energy management and user behaviour. Energy-saving measures for the structural design of the building, its technical equipment, use of renewable energy sources and user behaviour are proposed on the basis of the energy audit analysis. The energy audit should also distinctly specify the type of partnership between the contractor and the energy suppliers, or the nature of organisational arrangements to be included in facility management. The new arrangements are compared with the old on three levels - in energy (size of energy savings), economic (investment and operating costs) and environmental (air pollution reduction) terms.
Apart from entities that are legally obliged to compile an energy audit, in case of personal interest, we will arrange for an energy audit to be processed for everyone who cares about the way the investment costs and benefits can save energy at home or in another facility.

An energy audit and energy performance certificate for buildings are two key elements in the effective implementation of energy efficiency measures, therefore forming the basis of the activities of PORSENNA o.p.s.

Dne 19. 9. 2012 bylo poslaneckou sněmovnou přehlasováno prezidentské veto novely zákona č.406/2000 Sb. o hospodaření energií, který nově udává povinnost zpracovat průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy (PENB) v případě prodeje či pronájmu nemovitostí.
