Passive House Advisory Centre

 

Are you thinking of reconstructing or building a new family house, or do you simply no longer enjoy the prospect of higher energy bills? PORSENNA o.p.s. now offers free advice in the design, construction, renovation, and operation of houses and apartments under the Passive House Standard, as well as complete advisory services leading to energy savings. We will help you with structural and technical designs of the building, the heating, ventilation and hot water systems, using renewable energy sources, etc. We can recommend the best alternative energy-saving measures. We are able to recommend steps for obtaining funding under the Green Investment Scheme.

In our advisory Passive House Centre we offer the following services:
• provision of complete guidance in the design and operation of Passive Houses
• advise on new building or renovation projects under the Passive or Low-Energy Standard
• advise on the energy housing approach design, methods of heating sources, with the option of using solar collectors for heating of water and additional house heating

The first hour consultation is free, further consultation hours 600 CZK / hour. including VAT.

Advice within the Passive House Centre network is being financially supported by the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (SFŽP) and the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic (MŽP).
